What invention has most interested you?

The aeroplane and flying were the first things to capture my interest at about 7 / 8 years old and they still do today.

What was the last book you read?

Winning is not enough - Jackie Stewart.

What really annoys you?

The "Throw-away society".

If you could go back in time for any moment in history when would it be?

To see a motor race at Brooklands in the 1930s or the Wright Brothers' first powered flight.

What was your most inspired Olympic moment?

We were lucky enough to get Olympic and Paralympic tickets. The spectacle of entering the stadium for the first time and seeing Richard Whitehead win Gold were all inspiring. The ultimate moment was when we all stood up to cheer Houssein Omar Hassan on - determined to limp to the finish two laps down rather than pull out due to injury.

What experience have you had that you would recommend everyone tries?

Snorkelling at a reef, jumping off a cliff strapped to a hanglider, and for the brave: running a business!

Phil Wildcroft

Phil has nearly 20 years IT engineering experience, specialising most recently in databases, applications and system monitoring tools.

What invention has most interested you?

The vinyl record.

Frank Zappa 1. Would you like a cigarette? 2. Can I fill that coffee up? 3. Your children are called Dweezil, Moon Unit, Ahmet Amuukha Rodan and Diva Thin Muffin Pigeen. Honestly, why?

What is the most common technical issue you have to deal with ?

Software not doing what it claims to do.

If you were a cartoon character who would you be?

Yogi Bear, smarter than the average bear.

What is your favourite hobby and why?

Playing guitar, it's the easy route to popularity.

What one experience have you had that you would recommend everyone tries?

Getting married in Stonehenge stone circle.

Phil Shepherd

Phil is a dedicated technical sales executive with a professional customer focused approach and many years experience in the technology industry.

What invention has most interested you?

The wheel.

What was the last book you read?

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with my daughter.

Which country would you most like to visit and why?

Canada for the fresh air and wide open spaces.

Listen to a high quality valve based Hi-Fi system.

What is your raison d'être?

To spend time with friends and family, and make a positive contribution.

Caroline Harris

Caroline has had a varied career including hot air balloonist and tour truck driver, but currently looks after the financial side of IS People.

What was your best career moment?

I have two: driving an HGV backline on tour with several well known bands; and being in Morocco for the Global Challenger round the world balloon attempt with Richard Branson & Per Lindstrand.

What is your favourite hobby and why?

Motor Bike Touring - Freedom, scenery and peace.

If you could be an athlete, what sport would you want to do?

Slalom waterskiing.
